The freedom they had as kids is long gone and already in early adulthood the body starts breaking down.

We can not accept it as a "natural part" of getting older to experience back pain, loss of mobility and vital energy
(especially when it starts in our 20s?!).

Over just a few generations we’ve completely changed our lifestyle and created a completely man-made, artificial environment.
We’re no longer forced to move the way our ancestors did for hundreds of thousands of years.
- We rarely exert ourselves physically, and when we do, it’s not through our natural movements.

Hi!
Long story short -
Growing up in Sweden, I've had a lifelong passion for movement.
But everything changed -
At the age of 17, when an accident left me with crippling injuries.
From here on,
I was obsessed with healing the body.
After a couple years of physiotherapy, treatments and obsessive studying, I realized I was not finding the answers.
So I decided to search the world.
Over a 5- year epic adventure, I got the chance to study with incredible masters of different fields -
Absorbing everything I could find -
From yoga and mobility practices,
to primal movement patterns, unique forms of training, movement and study of natural biomechanics.
The system you see here is the final product of everything I've discovered along the way.
Fast forward to today -
I live on a tropical island, continuing to train, develop, teach and share these methods.
