Originally from Sweden, I now live on an island in Asia where I continue to research, train, experiment, and teach these methods.

Working with people, we use a holistic approach to movement, training, and lifestyle to heal and rebuild the body from the ground up.

The ultimate goal is a sustainable approach to optimizing your shape, health, performance, and quality of life.

Looking at the Natural World

Your body is supposed to feel amazing.
By nature, the design of your body is not only to be strong and in great shape.
It’s also a highly mobile vehicle.
Your body should let you experience life to the fullest without physical limitations such as knee pain, back pain, stiffness or lack of energy.

In Today's World

The majority of people have lost this gift.
The body they had as kids is long gone and already as early adults it starts breaking down.
It’s not only about the body composition, or collecting body fat while losing muscle mass.
It’s also a huge decrease in quality of life as the body loses mobility, energy, and most importantly, FREEDOM.
Sadly, for most people, it continues downhill from here...

But it does not have to be that way!

When observing nature, we see the potential our physical body really has.
No other species of animal ages as poorly as modern humans do, they would not survive for long if they did!
Natural tribes all over the world still living a hunter-gatherer lifestyle remain physically active for their entire lives, participating in hunts well into old age.
We can not accept it as a natural part of “getting older” to experience back pain, loss of mobility and vital energy (especially when it starts in our 20s?!).
So it’s very clear that in our modern world, something has gone wrong!

What has gone wrong?

Over just a few generations we’ve drastically changed our lifestyle and started living in a completely man-made, artificial environment. We’re no longer forced to move the way our ancestors did for hundreds of thousands of years

  • We rarely exert ourselves physically, and when we do, it’s not through our natural movements.
  • Years are spent hunching over screens. ​
  • Modern vehicles have replaced walking around. ​
  • Chairs and sofas keep us separated from the ground.
  • ​Machines have flattened our natural environment, creating artificially flat terrain without obstacles. ​
  • The body gets trapped in narrow footwear and restrictive clothing.

So many factors contribute to a life where we’re no longer forced to use the natural movement functions of our bodies.

And when you don’t use it, you lose it.

Whenever we lose a physical capability we don’t just lose that ability, we miss out on physiological effects from neglecting that movement and the body starts wearing down.

You may not rest in a squat anymore when there’s always chairs around.

But the deep squat is a fundamental position of the human body and is essential for lubricating your knees, mobilizing the hips and restoring your digestion.

You may not climb and swing around in your office. But hanging is the best way to open up your chest and mobilize your shoulders to stop them from freezing up.

90% of people never sprint again after 30. How insane is that?! You may not need to sprint around town anymore. But it’s a vital part of maintaining a healthy heart, strong legs and natural testosterone production.

How you will rebuild your Primal Body

The Primal Manual is the instructional guide for your body that you never got.

My Passion

Practicing and sharing these methods comes from a lifelong journey in health and physical training.
 
Growing up in a physical lifestyle from the start a variety of sports and movements was second nature to me and I could barely imagine life without it.
 
But life took a complete turn at 17 when a series of accidents and injuries left me physically crippled.
 
Healing the body became my obsession.
 
But while going through traditional physical therapy and hospitals I felt that these methods couldn't help me.
 
I already had a love for learning about the body, but now it has taken over my life.
 
Researching anatomy, training, yoga, posture, rehabilitation, and any therapy I could find.
 
But after a couple of years, I realized I needed to look elsewhere for the answers I was looking for.
 
So I decided to travel the world!
I was committed to searching anywhere I could looking for answers.
 
On this 5 year journey, I’ve studied with a variety of masters in many different fields, combining the best from east and west.
 
Everything from learning about the body's natural movement patterns to modern sports science, biomechanics to martial artsyoga to mixed movement arts, and more.
 
Along the way, I found my passion for teaching these methods as well.
 
Over years of practicing, teaching, studying and experimenting it’s all now come together as a complete package for physical optimization.
 
And now I'm ready to share my lifelong work with you!
